Hello! We’re City Bakes, a small microbakery operating in lovely Surrey.

We are new to the small business scene, but I’ve been baking for years - helping my mum, great aunt and grandma in the kitchen whilst they made delicious treats planted a seed, and I’ve been loving baking ever since!

I’m a true believer in doing things a little differently, and you’ll find this woven throughout our products and ethos below.

Whilst we love Biscoff and Bueno as much as everyone else, you probably won’t find them here (sorry!). What you will find are high quality home bakes with unique flavours and combinations, inspired by global cities. Think rosewater, honey and pistachio (Istanbul), spicy ginger molasses (Shanghai) and miso, brown butter and caramel (Kyoto), to name but a few!
