How do I place an order?
You can place your order right here on our website! Browse our selection in the shop, choose your favourite flavours, add them to your cart and check out. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed!
When do you restock?
To keep in the loop of our restocks, follow our instagram page :) any restocks will be posted in our stories! We will work towards a more regular restock reschedule in 2026, but working full time and raising a child does tend to throw off any planning!
Where and how do you deliver?
We bake every batch to order — no stale cookies here! Your cookies are packaged with care to stay fresh, soft, and delicious when they reach you.
We currently deliver within mainland UK only, using both DPD Next Day delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery to ensure you’re getting the freshest cookies possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your cookies’ journey straight to your doorstep.
Do you have vegan or gluten free cookies?
Unfortunately not yet, but we’re working on it! Watch this space, vegan and gluten free buddies!
How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 2 days of delivery - remember to store them in an airtight container at room temperature. If you prefer a crunchy cookie, a few customers have crisped them up in the oven for a few minutes, but we haven’t tested this yet!
Lastly, you can also freeze our cookies for up to 3 months - just reheat for a few minutes in the oven to enjoy that fresh-baked goodness!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc). For corporate or custom bulk orders, we can also accept direct bank transfers - please see below!
Can I place a custom/corporate order?
Absolutely! Please contact us via our form and we can go from there :)
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 1 hour after placing. Once baking has started, we’re unable to make changes.
What if my cookies arrive damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging your cookies to get there safe and sound, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
