At City Bakes, we take pride in delivering freshly baked cookies straight to your door! Below are the details of our shipping process, costs, and policies.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across United Kingdom including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Once your order is baked and packed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

3. Delivery Times & Costs

We offer both DPD Next Day Delivery (£5.45), and Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery (£4.45). For next day delivery, DPD tends to be the most reliable, so please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping provider. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

4. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your package is significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us at citybakesuk@gmail.com if further assistance is needed - we would be happy to try and help our side.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

PLEASE ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Perishable Goods & Delivery Responsibility

As our cookies are perishable, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders left outside, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect addresses. Please choose a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package, to avoid disappointment.
